My maple frames are hand made by a neuroscientist who has researched the brain. So my paintings take on an extended meaning inside these frames. I see the frame as representing the science that houses the mind, spirit and soul of my paintings. In that way many aspects of creation are covered in each painting...science, mind/body, spirit, soul.
